1. Tax Gradually Paid (Import Duty + Excise Tax + 7% VAT)
Our customers have the right to pay taxes gradually based on the quantity of goods removed from storage. The goods can be kept for up to 2 years and extended for an additional year with prior permission from the Customs Department (subject to customs formality).
2. No Bank Guarantee Required
To have us store your cargo, you do not need to provide a bank guarantee or disclose your account to the bank (no need to pay the bank guarantee fee).
3. Damage Reduction
Through the implementation of a standard warehouse system (ISO 9001:2008), our warehouse is not as crowded as a free zone warehouse at the port. With our experience in handling cargoes that require special and careful treatment, we can ensure the safety of your product(s) in our warehouse.
4. Cargo Inspection Related to Import Duty Taxes
While under our custody, if you discover that imported cargoes have expired or been damaged during the quality inspection process, you can simply re-export them without import duty, thus avoiding a complicated tax refund process.
5. Cost Savings in Using Our Warehouse as Yours
We can provide delivery services according to your instructions. Therefore, you do not need to maintain your own warehouse, which directly reduces your logistics costs, such as public utilities, labor, security, double transport expenses, space rental, and other variable costs

How does the free zone and general warehouse work?
To enjoy similar privileges and benefits to those offered by BOA's free zone and general warehouse, an importer must provide a bank guarantee equal to the amount of import duty and related taxes that would otherwise be payable to the Customs Department of Thailand. (Please note that some benefits may be impossible to obtain if the free zone and general warehouse do not exist.) Providing a bank guarantee requires making deposits and paying interest on them.
