Currently, BOA employs over 100 staff who undergo detailed training in service and systems to ensure compliance with IATA, industry, and customer airline standards consistently.

We provide customs clearance and inspections for goods entering and leaving Thailand. Our customs clearance officers are available at Sattahip Naval Base and at BOA U-Tapao Airport.
